Convenient water bottle holder
Zooply also offers convenient water bottle holders made of aluminum, preventing pets from chewing on them. They are easy to hang in the terrarium using the supplied magnets.
It's advisable to order these together.
Delivery
The terrarium can be picked up or shipped. For shipping, we offer two options.
Choose the ""Terrarium Delivery"" option for shipping, with an average delivery time of 5-7 working days. The terrarium will be delivered to the ground floor. Please note: If you choose a different, cheaper delivery option, you will not receive a refund and will still have to pay for ""Terrarium Delivery"". This is to prevent people from intentionally selecting the wrong delivery option.
Inspect the terrarium thoroughly before the delivery person leaves. If the terrarium arrives damaged, you must return it immediately or refuse delivery. Failure to do so will void the warranty on the terrarium.
Cats
The terrarium is specifically designed for hamsters and is not suitable as a resting place for cats. Although there is experience indicating that the terrarium is sturdy enough, we cannot guarantee this. If you have cats, we recommend ordering a lock to prevent them from opening the terrarium.
