Handy water bottle holder
Zooply also offers convenient water bottle holders. These holders are made of aluminum to prevent animals from chewing on them. They can be easily hung in the terrarium using the included magnets.
It is advisable to order these along with the terrarium.
Delivery
The terrarium can be picked up or shipped. For shipping the terrarium, we offer two options.
Choose the option ""Terrarium delivery"" for delivery. This has an average delivery time of 5-7 working days. The terrarium will be delivered to the first floor. Note: If you choose a different, cheaper delivery option, you will not receive a refund and will still have to pay for ""Terrarium delivery."" This is to prevent people from intentionally choosing the wrong delivery option.
Thoroughly inspect the terrarium before the delivery person leaves. If the terrarium is delivered damaged, you must return it immediately or refuse it. Failure to do so will void the warranty on the terrarium.
Cats
The terrarium is specially designed for hamsters and is not suitable as a resting place for cats. While experience shows that the terrarium is sturdy enough, we cannot guarantee this. If you have cats, we recommend to order a lock to prevent them from opening the terrarium.
