Parsley Flavor
Due to the special formula, these pellets contain not only added French alfalfa and flaxseed but also dried parsley, which promotes appetite and makes the pellets very tasty for rabbits. This combination also makes it a highly digestible pellet!
Pair with Muesli
For rabbits up to 6 months old, we recommend Zooply young rabbit support muesli for additional growth and development support. For older rabbits, there is Zooply energy muesli, with extra nutrients to help them through moulting or to cope with the cold in winter. Also, on a rainy day, rabbits will be less affected by the weather due to their good condition.
Important Note
Our German line of feeds is not just a regular snack. If you opt for top-quality nutrition, it is important to consistently feed the German line. Always mix the last bit of feed with a new flavored feed to gradually accustom your rabbits.
Feeding Advice
Zooply recommends a daily feeding amount of 30-35 grams per kilogram of body weight per animal.
It is important to remove the feed within an hour after offering it. They should not have unlimited access to pellets. This will ensure better health for your rabbits.
Offer Unlimited Hay
In addition to pellets, rabbits should have unlimited access to hay.
The best hay for rabbits is low in protein and high in fiber, with stalky texture. The more stalky the hay, the lower its protein content. Grass leaves are protein-rich, while stalks are rich in roughage. These fibers are crucial for the special digestive process in the rabbits' cecum. Good quality hay promotes the health of the rabbit.
A good choice for this is Zooply meadow hay or Zooply German herbal hay!
